Visa Application Form: One fully completed and signed application form (do not print double sided). This form must be completed in block capitals and signed in blue/black ink only.
Original, signed China passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.
Proof of status. Employment Authorization or Residency Permit: a copy (front and back) of your Employment Pass, Blue IC, Work Permit or "PR".
Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary showing entry and exit dates,traveler's full name as it appears in passport.
Health insurance. Proof of international health insurance specifically covering travel to Iceland.
Employment Letter. Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. For students, please submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.
Documents required minors.
- Parental travel consent. Both parents must come to the Embassy to sign the consent form before the Consular Authority
- Parents' original Singapore IC or passports
- Original birth certificate of the under aged applicant
Previous Schengen visas. Copy of your previous Schengen visas issued in the last three years including the entry and exit stamps.
Bank Statement. Original bank statement from the past 3 months showing proof of sufficient funds (at least $100 per day). The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.
